The power source is supplied by the State Electricity Company (PLN) with Premium Services.
Clean Water & Waste Management
Monthly Water & Waste Management Tariffs are as follows:
- Usage Rate US $1.5/m3 (including Water & Waste Water Management)
Water Connection Fees are:
- Diameter 2 inches : US$ 10.000
- Diameter 3 inches : US$ 11.000
- Diameter 4 inches : US$ 12.000
- Diameter >4 inches : US$ 14.000
Building Permit & License
Yes, The Building Permit submission should be submitted by the Tenants, but if there are any obstacles, the Management of Industrial Estate could assist the tenants to encounter the related institution.
Gas
The gas line connection fees are based on applicable tariff from State Gas Company (PT. PGN). Network is available and ready to connect.
Maintenance Fee
Our monthly maintenance fee is US$ 0.06/m2
The maintanance fee will be imposed after the tenants sign the BAST.
Telephone & Fax
The telephone line connection fees are based on applicable tariff from 7 biggest providers in Indonesia (Moratelindo, Biznet, PT. Telkom, ICON+, TIN, indonet, and Naf). Network is available and ready to connect.
KLIK
KLIK is Priority Investment Service for selected industrial park that supported by both Central and Regional Governments. KLIK is a programme that facilitates investors to directly invest in the industrial area. This programme is launched on 2016 as well as 3 hours investments permit service. There is no minimum limitation for investment value and number of labours in this programme, as far as the investments is on the industrial area.
Direct Construction. Investors in the selected industrial parks may directly start their project construction while obtaining construction permits. To utilize the KLIK program, the must-have minimum requirements for a company is the principal permit or investment permit which issued by the central or regional One Door Integrated Service (PTSP). Other necessary permits such as IMB, AMDAL, etc. can be managed together with the construction process.
